TB 604:2007 （DRAFT） Test Procedure and Apparatus for the Open Flame Resistance of Filled Bedclothing scope:The test procedures outlined in this document are intended for use in determining the resistance of filled bedclothing or top-of-the-bed products to flame propagation when subjected to a small open flame. These products include comforters, quilted duvet covers, bedspreads, bed pillows and bed-rest cushions, etc. The tests do not apply to non-filled bedding items such as blankets, sheets and pillowcases
