The melting point tester adopts the capillary tube specified in the pharmacopoeia as the sample tube and liquid temperature transfer method, and can be widely used in the production and research of chemical reagents, fragrances, dyes and other industries to measure the melting point of organic crystalline substances. Below, we will first introduce the usage method of the melting point tester to you:
1. Turn on the power switch and preheat the instrument for 20 minutes.
2. Enter the main interface, select testing, and enter the sample name: adipic acid, starting temperature of 148 ℃, heating rate of 1 ℃/min, stopping temperature of 155 ℃, and τ End, Scope α、β、τ Set the parameters for the fourth item of optical signal setting or choose the default scheme, and then press [Automatic Detection] to enter the corresponding interface.
3. When the actual temperature stabilizes to 148 ℃ (there will be a buzzer prompt), place the capillary tube containing the sample and wait for the temperature to stabilize to 148 ℃. (Note: After placing the sample, the furnace temperature will slightly decrease, so it is recommended to press the temperature rise button after the temperature stabilizes.) Press the [Raise] button. When the tested sample reaches the initial melting level, the instrument will automatically display the initial melting value; When the tested sample reaches the final melting level, the instrument will automatically display the final melting value.
