Dust collector is designed to separate superfine particle or even sub-micron dust from process gas with micropore fiber material.It is widely applied to chemical industries,food,medicine,electric power,metallurgy and concrete industry.Dust Filter can be divided into pneumatic conveying filter and silo filter according to its use .It can be also divided into bag filter and cartridge filter according to structure.Filter material is made of fibre,common felt,felt with Tex,polyester,Nomex,polymer cloth,Teflon,terylene,Plypropylene.

表面覆膜，导电浸渍聚酯，表面光滑处理可供选择；
Filter material with tectorial membrance,electric conduction polyester dipping treatment;be able to make surface smooth if need.
耐酸碱、耐潮、防粘结。
Resistance to acid and alkali,resistance tomoisture,non-bond on filter surface.
除尘效率：99.99%，特殊要求，针对特殊要求可采用二次高效；
Filter efficiency:99.99% and if need,can use two times high efficiency filters.
工作温度：普通滤料130℃，高温滤料204℃；
Operating temperature:Common filter material: 130℃;Resistance to high temperature filter material: 204℃.
抗破绽力：25kg/C㎡；抗张力：90kg（X），102kg（Y）。
Breaking point: 25kg/C㎡;Stretching resistance: 90kg（X），102kg（Y）.
采用脉冲反吹清灰、振打情灰、声波清灰，其中脉冲反吹式含脉冲控制仪、电磁阀、喷气管、压差仪、防护装置、视窗等。
Back injection,mechanical shake and acoustic wave can be used in Baghouse operational.The back injection filter components:impulse controller,solenoid valve,nozzle,differential pressure meter,safeguard and sight glass ect.
